Ever feel like you’re in a constant “wheel-like” routine? Training, working, eating, sleeping, travelling, laughing, drinking….the list goes on and on. To an extent, routines are good. On another level, they can be VERY bad. We recently came across this video regarding meditation and the “reset” of your mind with it’s programming by trying something you might be afraid of.
