Sometimes we all get bogged down in life. Chores, errands, bills, training, sleeping, eating, family obligations, things go wrong – the list goes on. When this happens it can derail athletic progress. Our best tidbit of advice…clear your mind and go GET it!

Take some time off (even if it’s just a few hours) to clear your thoughts. Unburden your mind and let the stress go. It’s temporary yes but this can sometimes give you great perspective on what to tackle next or where to make the next move in life and in training.
