As athletes we often get these bursts of inspiration or motivation that comes from within. Sometimes it lasts for a minute, a day or a month.
When you get those “JOLTS” of positivity – pass it on! Give your fellow athlete on race day some positive encouragement. High five a stranger on your training run. Give a compliment to someone you see at work or in line at the food store.
Spreading positive vibes can boost your own motivation and inspiration.
