Being an athlete means you focus on a LOT of things at a LOT of difference times, especially if you’re a triathlete. Training load, distance, pace, heart rate, nutrition, recovery, mental strength, sneakers, bike tune-ups, weather…the list goes on and on.
At some point along your travels as an athlete, you’ll feel a bit overwhelmed and/or burnt out. We get it, we’ve been there too. This might be your pivotal moment…or it may come along at another juncture for you.
