Get out there and DO IT!

Today’s post is VERY simple…GET OUT THERE AND DO IT!

Whatever your goal is as an athlete OR a beginner looking to call yourself an athlete, get going on your journey! We’re not saying slam yourself into an ultra long or tough race with little to no preparation. We’re saying take that FIRST step.

  • Get out to a Q & A group run.
  • Start some simple exercise or training routine each day (even if it’s 15 minutes just to get moving).
  • Ask your friends or family if they exercise or train at all and if you can join them.
  • Join a local gym for a 30 day trial.

Do ONE thing each day and you’re motivation will become self fulfilling 😉
