We often describe ourselves in certain ways or with certain words and phrases. Have you ever stopped to really connect with and understand those words and phrases? Maybe not as often as you think.

Taking time to really process what you say about yourself AND how you say it can have massive impacts on your self-esteem, confidence and how you affect others around you in your life.

Practice speaking slowly, kindly and with self compassion. This can go a LONG way to having positive training days and race days.
