Purge yourself of nagging and bothersome things that didn’t seem to help you be the best version of yourself possible.

Revise your plans moving forward. Focus on what works and what you want to achieve. Don’t spend time dwelling on the past year’s mistakes or missteps. What’s on your agenda for next year? Big goals? Big races? Fun with friends?
