Today’s entry is short but may serve you well if thought about from time to time. Our brains are naturally hard-wired to find the ‘path of least resistance’. The brain likes things easy. It will almost always find the simplest route and/or ‘safest’ route with the adventures you’re taking in life.

What if you questioned that internal narrative once in a while? What if you challenged it?
