Motivation and Change

Today’s post is a simple one. As we’re rockin’ along now into the new year, there are a lot of goals and ambitions floating out there. But what’s the best way to stay motivated with snow on the ground and the days being short?

Our suggestion? Focus on your athlete cause. Your athlete cause or your WHY is simply what drives your long term goals. To race? To race hard? To have fun? To socialize? To enjoy new venues? Meet new people?

Athletes generally gravitate to one another. Let that process unfold naturally, enjoy the journey and motivated change will flood your way 😉
