We all have moments or time periods in our life of uncertainty. March of 2020 reveals just how vulnerable we can be in the world with everything that’s going on. Our message in this entry is simple, “Times of Uncertainty Should Also be Times of Gratitude”.

Many of us can be stricken with hardship, frustration, sadness, depression, anxiety, stress and about 50 other highly impactful emotions during uncertain times. If we take a pause and focus some of our energy on gratitude our perspective can change. It’s not a perfect solution but it certainly helps slow things down, allows you to make more rational choices and reminds you that you’re problems aren’t the only problems that exist.
