These are all things that pop up from time to time as athletes – ESPECIALLY on race days. It’s natural and you’re not alone. The absolute most important thing to remember is that you’ve put in the time. You’ve put in the work. You’ve trained. You’ve focused on nutrition. You’ve hydrated. You’ve played out possible scenarios for race morning.

Seriously…you’re as ready as YOU need to be. Take time each day for a week leading up to race day and remind yourself of these facts. Trust yourself and your training on race day…you’ll rock it!
