We all have goals, achievements and things we’d like to accomplish. Remind yourself that the journey is 100% unique to YOU and YOU alone. Embrace where you’re at mentally, what limitations you have and what limitations you feel you may have. Unleash your mind. Unshackle it. Unburden it.
The easiest way to do this? Get out there and exercise or train. Even if it’s a short daily or weekly routine – movement during this time of year is important!
