Let’s face it, we can’t control the weather. Sometimes our outdoor workout just HAS to be done inside (ie. if there’s 9 inches of snow on the ground and you had a 3 hour ride planned).

What’s your “plan b” for a scenario like this? Ride on the trainer? Ride on the rollers? Increase the time? Decrease the time?

This can sometimes be tricky to plan ahead for and where having a coach can help. Multisport training and racing certainly has it’s challenges for staying on track and motivated especially during winter months.
