KEEP GOING! Tough sessions or days or race events will happen. It’s inevitable. One of the most common bits of advice we hear is to KEEP GOING…and we like it.
This isn’t to say you should push yourself if it’s an unsafe or potentially hazardous condition, but mentally pushing through things can be massively rewarding.
Finding your mental toughness will help you in many things throughout life, especially training sessions and race days that you just feel like everything is against you.
