Why are you training? Why are you racing? You’re riding how many hours tomorrow!?!?
For those of us that are athletes and put in the hours for training and racing, looking up gear and researching our next run shoe we generally understand the why. At least it seems that way, right?
Our message in this blog post is simple – challenge your why!
Take a a little break at some point in the next few days or week and really challenge your inner “why” regarding training and racing. Do you love a new adventure? Really enjoy collecting medsls? Trying to “one-up” a friend or family member?
Figuring out what your true why is can sometimes lead better training days and more confident race days.
