It’s been TOASTY out there here in Northern Colorado lately. Summer is kicking in!
What does that mean for you? It’s time to HYDRATE!
Drink your fluids, especially water and monitor your electrolytes. The warm weather especially on race days that are in dryer areas such as a state park should be planned for with extra fluids, salts, electrolytes and an easier pacing.
Now, it’s important to note you shouldn’t try to over hydrate PRE workout or race days as it will likely just gush around in your tummy. Sip all throughout the day and during your training session or race day.
