What’s motivating you as an athlete? What drives your training sessions? What pushes you on race days? What makes you focus on better nutrition or rest or recovery?

Write it down in BIG BOLD LETTERS and hang it on your closet door or mirror or computer monitor. Take 60 seconds every single day to focus on that motivation. Let it sink in and surround you and keep moving you forward!
